Jasmin Hedlund

Founder of Health by Jasmin. Certified Ayurvedic Health Advisor and Ayurvedic Massage Therapeut & Student to Ashtanga Yoga.

Jasmin found Ashtanga Yoga and Ayurveda 8 years ago and has been practicing them both ever since. It was love at first sight. She founded Health by Jasmin with a vision to create a space where she could spread and share her love for the two practices. Today she holds WS, events and retreats where she teaches Ayurveda.

Jasmin will be our inspiration to Ayurveda during the retreats. There will be lectures made for the beginner as well as for the more “advanced” on theme ayurveda and food. Magical ayurvedic massages, known for their restorative effects and Jasmin will see to that every meal served has that special ayurvedic care.

Frida Sjögren

Guest Teacher. Ashtanga Yoga Student and Teacher. Authorized by KPJAYI Level II 2018

Frida has been a practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga for the past 10 years and found her ashtanga yoga teacher in Laruga Glaser 2011. Frida started assisting her in Stockholm in 2013 and has been teaching since 2015.

Frida will be our inspiration to Ashtanga Yoga at the retreat 1st to 7th of April. With a smile and warm heart she will be guiding you every morning in class as well as share her knowledge of the practice during afternoon workshops where you will be learning more about “Upper back mobility and stability” & “Awarness, Connection and Breath”.

Anastasia Konstadinidis

Guest Teacher. Ashtanga Yoga Student and Teacher. Authorized by KPJAYI Level II 2019

Anastasia has been a practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga for the past 8 years. She discovered the practice in Sweden and it was love at first sight. Today she works with spreading her passion for this beautiful and powerful method.

She has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga in Milan, Italy since 2017.

Anastasia will be our inspiration to Ashtanga Yoga at the retreat 9th to 15th of April. She will be safely guiding you every morning in class as well as sharing her knowledge, tips and love for the practice during afternoon workshops where you will be learning more about “Transitions & Backbending”.
