Shiroabhyanga (head and back) is a massage that is performed with warm oil and hot water bags. The treatment releases tensions both physical and mental that accumulate in the area. It provides recovery and relaxation, especially helpful against headaches, stiffness, fatigue and sleep. Shortly before treatment, the pulse is read to determine VPK (those we just heard about in preference)

Dynamic form of yoga where you are guided through breath and motion in sun greetings, standing, sitting and closing poses to finally rest. Everything according to Ashtanga Yogan's first half or whole series.
