Get extra rest and recovery through a good night’s sleep, where you sleep no later than 22.00 and wake up no later than 6.00
Yoga & Meditation on a regular basis. Make that your primary activity
Eat warm cooked food with sour, sweet and salty flavors
Drink hot drinks
Take long, slow walks as soon as the sun is out
