Ayurveda Friday ✨ - Porridge inspired by Ayurveda that is best eaten morning and during Autumn and Winter. Vata balancing due to its tastes "hot" or warming and sweet.
Boil 2 cups of oatmeal in milk (of your taste)
Add 1pinch of ghee, mountain salt, 1pinch of turmeric, 1pinch of ginger, cinnamon and 15 raisins + 1 chopped Apple. Let boil for 1-2min more
When done add chopped almonds(gives energy) , jaggery sugar and/or 1 chopped date(gives energy). Eat warm. Enjoy!
