Today we look at excessive heat coming from the inside and showing itself on the outside as heatrash. The heat comes from Pitta. Here is a few tips on how to cool down🥥
Drink Aloe Vera juice that cools the fire on a daily basis
Plenty of water
Selfmassage with coconut oil/fat and then a cold shower morning and night
On heat rash massage coconut oil and turmeric, leave for 10 min and then wash of with neem soap one or two times is enough
Think cooling all summer long in tastes and drinks. On friday you will get a cooling pitta tea recipe.
