Ayurvedic Tip Monday! 🌱
Constipation or having a slow, unregular digestion is more common than we think. It causes imbalances such as swollen and hard stomach, tiredness and lack of focus, no apetite. Eventually, like all imbalances if not taken care of, develop illness according to ayurveda.
1-4 teaspoon of ghee. Swallow with warm water on empty stumack. Do not eat for 10 min
Take 1 teaspoon each of Ajwain and Fenugreek after lunch and dinner. Do not chew, just swallow with warm water.
Drink heated water several times during the day
