Ashtanga Yoga is meditation in motion. It is a dynamic form of yoga but with full focus on breath. We practice solid sequences that safely take us through sun greetings, standing, sitting and finishing positions. One does not have to be particularly soft or strong to practice, it is rather an effect that comes with the exercise.
