Ashtanga Yoga Retreat - 2020

Ashtanga Yoga is traditionally taught as Mysore style. Mysore being city located in India, from where the practice derives.

Mysore style practice is a self - practice guided and supervised by a teacher. Learning yoga in this traditional manner benefits the student on many levels. It is possible for one to gain independence and confidence in their sadhana (spiritual practice), as well, something truly becomes one’s own when they learn it by heart.
